“I booked two rooms for our session, the 80’s and the Neon rooms. Whilst they were both fantastic rooms, and the karaoke system was great, we had a horrid time with the bar staff. It took 45 minutes into our session to get a drink, and when he arrived he was incredibly rude and condescending when asked about paying separately. I didn’t get his name; but you should be able to find out to pass onto management. He also smashed a drink upon entry to the Neon room by accident, snapped at one of us and then stormed off after payment. Not returning with a replacement! The group that was…”
