She managed a group of half English speaking (with one person in an electric wheelchair) the other half Spanish speaking people with ease by occupying one half of the group with a visit or task whilst speaking to the other half then swapping over to do the same with the second group. She delivered in excellent English very interesting information with no standing around waiting. She also was able to answer any questions asked of her and encouraged people to ask questions.
